Description

The German term for rug, carpet, or tapestry; I’ve chosen this translation specifically because of its multiple meanings, what originally was a texture study of fabric became more recognizable as a rug. There are imperfections in the stitching, some bits of the underlay and adjacent colors bleeding into others. This name accurately captures both the intention and result of this piece. Each Teppich can take anywhere from 15-60s to render depending on hardware. Please be patient and refer to your loading spinner for a taste. Export to a 4500x3600 png with ’s’ for up to A3 printing or a jpg with ‘j’ for a smaller file size.
