Description

Harmonies is a color palette generator created for fxhash anniversary. The generator chooses from 7 possible color harmonies "Complementary, Split-Complementary, Analogous, Triadic, Tetradic, Square, Analogous and Monochromatic" to create harmonic color palettes. When i studied colors back in time, i used to take a color or a couple of colors and paint strokes on paper with watercolors to understand and learn how they stand out together. This piece is a result of those studies. 5 stroke compositions for 'Split-Complementary, Analogous and Triadic' 3 stroke compositions for 'Tetradic, Square and Monochromatic' 3 stroke compositions for 'Complementary' 2 color mods "Saturated and Muted' and 6 rendering methods for strokes 'Random Saturated, Random Brightness, Random Brightness & Saturation, Saturation Gradient, Brightness Gradient, Brightness & Saturation Gradient' Save image by pressing 's' Save colors as hex array ready to be used by pressing 'p' Created with p5.js | Murat Atimtay 2022
