How it works is very simple: Wherever this pass resides, Grendel infrequently frequents.
I'm a bit abrasive, typically unpredictable, and generally a bit obnoxious by nature, I am a monster after all. However, my interests in art, and artists, are quite serious and genuine.
This is a token of support. Not support for me. It exists to tell me that you, or someone who knows you or your work, thinks I might be interested in collecting your art on a regular basis.
Caution ⚠️:
I’m not a “whale” in any sense, and I will never go blindly all-in on anyone. I do intend to show up with a fresh top-up every week or two to collect and create art, and I intend to set progressively higher buy limits for my raids - over time. I’m not anyone’s golden ticket, and don’t expect any single one of you out there to be mine. I'm here to collect art, support Tezos artists, and create art, myself. That's it.
All of that said - On to the fun parts!
Raid Pass holders will receive the following:
1. Priority status on all future raids - especially if you have new work, auctions, or other events happening. This owner/activity list is also going to be my new go-to before I start exploring new work going forward. You all know best, so this seemed like the best way to go about things.
2. Referrals: Every time 10 Raid Pass transfers occur, I will enter those who sent passes to new artists as referrals into a drawing for a dedicated raid, announced at least 2 weeks in advance, where the entire raid goes toward their work, or artists they specifically select (pass holders or not). Transactions will be checked weekly on these tokens. You don't need to send a heads up when they move, but I'd appreciate it.
All holders can also, of course, always do as they please with these. It’s still only an NFT, after all. However, if you let it camp in your wallet, I will keep tabs on you, your work, and will probably bug you on social media a lot, or at least moderately.
If you received this and don’t want it, I’d ask you send it back to me. I’ll reimburse you for the tx, and include a tip for the favor. If you decide to burn it anyway, oh well...I guess the pool just got smaller! ♥
That’s it! I'll be creating a separate pass for those who hold my work at a later date, since there will be other rules and benefits tied to creating that differ from collecting.
Mint as many as you like. This is the only pass for Raids I’m creating for the foreseeable future, and I’m only keeping 5 in personal reserve, myself.
