Gazers #686. The one that first began our journey down the Gazers rabbit hole. We collected this one in January 2022, drawn to its aesthetic purple, blue, and green color palette, and the large circular Moon. The 👩🎨🎁 trait, still a mystery waiting to be revealed, was an added bonus. We especially love the look of this one in the nighttime. #686 holds a special place in our hearts, as our first Gazers Moon, *and* the first work of generative art that we collected.
Gazers #587. After spending some more time diving deeper, we knew we had to collect another. This time, we wanted a Clock 🕰️ that would tick throughout the day. #587 was up for sale, and it also had a rare, older February 28, 2006 ("First One Person Show") Origin Moon date that gives it the fast, energetic motion you see below. A day later, #587 was added to our collection. Click on the Moon below, and press the "0" key to toggle between 24hr clock mode, and the regular Moon phase calendar.
Gazers #516. The pursuit of collecting Clocks 🕰️ continued, and we added this "Hour & Minute" Clock to the collection next, moments after it went up for sale in early February. The Minute layer, ticking once every minute, adds an additional dynamic dimension to this piece. We also loved the "Burnt Sienna" frame on this one, which has an almost densely-woven fabric-like texture. The longer 120hr Celebration Window, and the mystery 👨🎨🎁 trait were added bonuses. Click on the Moon below, and press the "0" key to toggle between H:M clock mode, and the regular Moon phase calendar.
Gazers #161. Another month rolled along, and in March, an opportunity to collect #161 presented itself. If you look at the previous lunation snapshots of this one on https://gazers.art/161, you'll notice how different the colors of the Moon are in each lunation -- this is a very dynamic, evolving Moon. It also has an unlockable 💭 Reflect trait, so when that unlocks in September 2026, it'll enable time-traveling back to fully re-experience this beautifully diverse variety of all previous lunations! The highlight of this piece in our collection is its 144 hour Celebration Window, which means celebration events last for six full days instead of just one; it's a joy to experience the extended celebrations. And if all that wasn't already enough, of course, the mystery 👨🎨🎁 trait is a cherry on top for this Gazers Moon.
Gazers #350. The "Grail" 🏆 of our collection. Gazers #350 is very different from the others; while the rest are brightly, colorfully, energetic, the Slate background on this "Slazer" is perfect for those moments of calm relaxation. Slates are the rarest background in the Gazers collection (56 pieces), and #350 also has an active 💭 Reflect trait, making it one of only 3 Moons in the collection with this combination. The May 2017 "First Introduction To Art On Blockchain" Origin Moon date also gives it that faster movement speed. Click on the piece below, and use the left/right arrow keys to 💭 reflect and time-travel through the wonderful previous lunations all the way back to its May 2017 Origin Moon date.
